Please read before making your purchase. By making a purchase through PayPal on this site, you agree to the terms herein, and to the terms set forth by PayPal.

Privacy Policy

All information submitted to us on our website is kept confidential. None of this information is ever sold, or shared with anyone else. We may contact you occasionally via email for special sales and promotions. If you would like to be removed from this list, simply follow the removal instructions at the bottom of the email.

Return Policy

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience at The Crimson Pearl. Return merchandise is accepted postmarked fourteen days within shipping date and in its original unused condition with attached tags. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges. We are not responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item is insured. We ask that you contact us @ TheCrimsonPearl.com by clicking on this link prior to returning any merchandise so as to expedite your request. We will happily issue a credit or refund after receipt of merchandise.

Repairs

Since you are buying a one-of a kind uniquely handcrafted designed item repairing to the exact original condition can be difficult. We are happy to warranty our jewelry for six months on craftsmanship that is damaged caused without fault or excessive usage. All warranty terms and craftsmanship will be done at our discretion. We may chose to repair the item to a "like original state" or refund the original sales price. We are not responsible for shipping costs incurred. After 6 months, repairs will be done for a fee and shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost in shipping for repair, so please return all items insured.

Jewelry Care

It’s best to keep your new Jewelry in an air-tight bag to ensure that it stays bright for a longer time. It’s natural for all metals to oxidize with exposure to air. If your jewelry tarnishes, we recommend a polishing cloth for sterling silver or gold-plated items. DO NOT expose your jewelry to solvents, harsh chemicals, or sonicators. Store your jewelry with gems in a dark place. Certain gems are known to undergo natural light bleaching over time with exposure to light. Since exposure to hair-styling and cosmetic products will often damage the metal and the gems it is best to always put your Jewelry on last
